Mr Lovetofish with his personal best, a 12 lb brute:

It came after 3 hours of fruitless casting. Congrats again, Hiep! You were due.

The hunt for the big fish has been slow for me. Some lesser fish from the last week or so:

Nice! Great think about walleye is they taste great big or small imo.

What was the length on that beast?
Just about 30" without the tail pinched, might have been 30.5" or even 31"with the tail pinched. It was a fat fish. The belly would have shown better if he didn't hold it like that.

On behalf of Hiep, thank you for all the attaboys! :biggrin1: Seriously, the man was not even all that thrilled about catching that beast. Said he'd rather catch a wiper. Admittedly, wipers are more fun, but I get excited when I catch a 10+ lb walleye.
