Im thinking about hitting Cherry Creek on Saturday and wanted to see if anyones managed to put anything in the boat yet this year? Ive been to Chatfeild a few times and did ok and know others are catching a few here and there but with CC being smaller and not as deep shouldn't it warm up faster which in turn should turn the bite on????

Any info would be great.

I am not sure if it warms up faster but being smaller and shallower it should warm up faster...which should in turn help fishing...if it is closer to the magical mid 40s spawning mark for walleyes they should be heavily concentrated in front of the dam...do they close the dam at Creek for spawn taking like they do at Pueblo and Chatfield?

Do saugeyes try and spawn even though they are sterile...I think wipers do...
