I might hit Nee Gronde tommorow.I was there a couple of weeks ago and all I got out of Nee Noshe was one 19" wiper that was skinny.Headed over to Nee Gronde after a couple hours of trolling at Nee Noshe and tore up the wipers.Nothing real big but lots of action and fun!!!

its not that far 2 1/2 hours

neegronda is a pain to fish from shore but i heard you can fish the west shore with not as many problems

neenoshe is good for shore fishing but the fish are skinny

we need a couple trucks of shad

2.5 hrs? Not bad, especially since it'll be in state. What's the best way to get there...1-25 south to Springs/Pueblo or 1-70 to Limon and south from there?

the limon way is faster if you dont need to stop for bait or anything like that

and if you want a last meal before you get to the lakes limon would be the best place because after that there is only gas stations
