a buddy of mine was telling me that there is a new state record cutthroat he said it was caught on the dream stream old state record was 16lbs or something like that just checking if that was true

I havent heard in but this doesnt make it not true, however I'm sure the rockymountain news or the denver post would have had an article on it and I havent seen any and there is no news on the Colorado DOW site either. So im going with rumor at this time.
