Some bodies of water have specific rules and regulations, but there is no statewide rule on single hooks

3 hooks (trebbles) on a lure I believe equals 3 flies on a fly rod equals 3 bait hooks on a bait rig...he said you cant have more than 3...ie 4...

Rocky Mountain National Park

Each person shall use only one hand-held rod or line. A 'second rod stamp' is not honored in park waters. Only artificial lures or flies with one (single, double, or treble) hook with a common shank may be used."]Each person shall use only one hand-held rod or line.
