Im sure its delish. I think where you might have lost a few was the presentation. Maybe trying to lean the tacos somewhat upright and garnished with some of that mushroom relish stuff on the side :smile:. Use some bright colored festive mexican looking plates.
Pinata, Bottle Corona heck dress your dog Spud up like a Burro. Use some mexican ambience to sell those ****** looking tacos and moldy mushroom salsa..
Anyone use Panko to bread there fish. Been using corn flake crumbs, not bad but figure try something different
