In case anyone was wondering why the rainbows aren't the smartest at Aurora, it's because they're dropped on their heads on the tailgate of the stocking truck on the way into the reservoir.

Does anybody know how much per fish it costs to raise a stocker trout?

Seems like I heard yrs ago it was something like $2 per fish.

Whatever it is, its a stupid use of money.

Catching stocker trout is like kissing your sister. :)
Your right, should have clarified-stocking trout in 11 Mile or Spinney, etc makes sense. Thought we were talking about front range lakes where warm water fish that can develop a sustainable population are a far better choice.
