Third time at Aurora this year. That stanky Skunk was with me the first two times--not yesterday. :) Was on the water from 3 PM to 8 PM. First pass was slow in 15'-20'--nothing. Moved out a little to 20-25' and speeded up a little. Four Walleyes and a 16" Rainbow between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM. Most on night crawlers and one on a leech--all with a bottom bouncer. Two Walleyes were over 17". Tried stepping on one but with my little narrow ass could only get 17-3/4" out of him, so I tearfully threw him back. :( Thought I had my keeper on around 6 PM, but he spit the hook before I ever saw him. All in all, a real nice evening on the Aurora Pond.

That sounds almost exactly as my report" got to the lake at 4:00pm till 8:15pm sunday got 6 bow's 2 @ 3lbs and 3 walleyes all out of 20 to 30 feet of water, Im just curious where all the big trout have been? I used to catch so many and always released them all?but I am after the walleye's anyway" I just usually get that 5lb bow every once in a while"
