Goodwin Granger Company was located in Denver and made very respected fishing rods in the era between 1918 and 1952. The company is well known to bamboo and vintage rod collectors and still enjoys high regard from those who fish with them and collect them.

Goodwin Granger : The Rod Man from Denver is a barnd new 353 page book with over 300 color photos detailing the life of Goodwin Granger, the company founder, and the history of his company.

Another neat little tidbit about the Granger line of rods is that the Goodwin Granger Co. was acquired by the Wright & McGill/Eagle Claw Co. in about 1946 if I remember right. They still used the name Granger on a few of the rod lines up until a few years ago in memory of Goodwin Granger!
