Fished from 10 til about 2:30, mostly on the north side and then along the riprap of the dam. Caught one 12 in brown on small gold mepps squirrel tail and two smallmouths on brown tube jigs. I think the wave action was pulling craws out of the rocks. The brown came next to the concrete drain in the corner, the smallies were in the opposite corner.

VolFan, were you in a boat or walking the shore? I'd sure like to figure out where those fish go in that lake! In the spring it seems they are everywhere but I can't find them now. I wonder if it gets "fished down" because it is so small? Jeff

I was there last week - walked to the lagoon south of bear creek inlet - west of that sandbar
Saw some big fish surfacing in the shallow area by sandbar - i tried various swimbaits & jigs, got nothing - saw a large rainbow lurking around. water was fairly clear
also had a rig slip bobbed, nightcrawler & powerbait, in a deeper area .. nothing - ive seen trollers catching fish, ive been there 3 times and never had a bite from shore
