Made camping reservations for Blue Mesa over Memorial Day. It has been 20 + years since I have been there. I remember driving by last year and it was way low. Does anyone know the current conditions? Are the ramps in the water?

We are staying in the Elk Creek campground, is there anywhere on shore to leave the boat, or will I need to pull it every time we want to get out?

Going with my bride, so I won't be able to fish as much as I would like, but hopefully will still get to wet a line.

you can leave it at elk creek marina on the east side of the dock.. or rent a slip.. I think slips are only $15. Trolling a rapala or bomber long A will yield plenty of easy fish ... think points and flats

lakes in great shape imo, it'll be higher than you recall imo. there are places but id pull it out, never know about the wind up there.
6am ramp time is great for a short early bite. then scenic stuff, esp in the fingers they go way out bc the waters so high. saw a bit of wildlife lasttime shorelunching it. well spotlocklunching it. browns are in spots every other cast to every cast.
