Well, after my failed attempt at northerns since ice off, I have decided to suck it up and go catch some trout again. (I know I can catch bass, and have, but that's for later in the summer when everything else isn't as good). Does anyone know if the lake fork arm of blue mesa is unfrozen or will be by this next weekend? What about the soap creek arm? heck, if you know of anywhere unfrozen on that lake I would love to know. Especially areas with rocks (rocks=browns which are huge and tasty from big blue). If the water is open catching them will not be the problem. Snap jigged cleos, tube jigs, curly tail grubs, and deadsticked nightcrawlers will mop em up.

Later and thanks in advance for any info.
