went and fished it on sunday (buddy doesnt like icen) so any i fished the stretch between i-70 over -pass to the old dennys (the other side of highway 9) um i dont fly fish i was throwing rapalas but i caught 1 lost one browns my buddy caught 2 rainbows biggest fish16 inches there were some fly guys there and by the way it looked they were doing better than us looked like they were using egg patterns but anyway thats my info for the blue

the hogs are in full swing right now if you want to see and possiably hook up on 10+lb fish close to the metro area than siverthone is the place they are hitting on the tinyest bugs in the box or red egg patterns

Use a small custom jigs and spins shrimpo in white to imitate the mysis shrimp. Also I think small curly tail grubs would be great too since you can't fish bait in this stretch.
