Boat Registration Renewal

I was thinking about getting my boat out to do some SD fishing but I need to get my boat registration renewed. The notice says that they are unable to do it over the phone or online and the website says the doors at the service centers will be locked to the public. Does anyone know if they are processing mail in renewals and how long it takes?

You do not need your sticker. I renewed at least 2 months ago, and have not received my stickers. As long as you have the green paper (with the ANS tag) you are good to go.
Got my sticker yesterday. I was really surprised. So all is good..
Still haven't gotten mine
Call this office. They may give you a temp tag or reduce your admin reg since you haven't received your tag.
