Went from 8 til noon water was like glass til water skiers moved in.
wally divers crawler harneses jigs grappler shads even offered a wally diver to fish gods nothing. water was 44 when we got there 46 when we left.
4 other boats out talked to all of them nothing .

Side note why is it water ski boats canwake the %# out of you and when you fire up the motor and cause a wake looking for structure and fish they get pissed.

If you want to catch some walleyes at Boulder, try small chr/ wht twister tail along the dam right before it gets dark. Then goto the point that seperates the two dams and toss husky jerks and frenzy minnows on the rock/sand bottom. The bottom is like a set of stairs, you well feel your lure tick the bottom on your retrieve, stop and go retrieves work great here.

Good Luck,
Rod

Yo..... The point that seperates the two dams?! I've always pondered that one. Thanks.

I might want to give it a try next Friday night, if you're interested? I'll pay for boat gas money.
I have shore fished Boulder res my whole life and I live five minutes away, but have never really fished much out of a boat there.
Let me know thanks!

I don't tip the jigs that often anymore, the small males don't seem to mind, but after the spawn the females want a little meat. I don't suggest leeches, the carp will drive you crazy!
