i heard from a friend in florence that folks were ice fishing brush hollow last week end has anyone been down there and want to tell us how thick the ice was and if the fish were bitting?

That place has so many panfish if it had any ice strong enough to get out on I'm sure thye were biting. However its been a little warmer down in that area so I doubt the ice was over 4 inches if that thick. Then with this warmer front that is on us I wouldnt trust it. I might be going to Canon City on Saturday, if not Saturday definately on Monday and I'll try to get a stop in there to check it out.
Isnt Brush Hollow in your backyard? :p

na dewese is my back yard, brush hollow is the closest place for warm water stuff i havent been "down the hill" for some time now just been so busy up here but if there was safe ice down there i just might have to get sick for a day or 2 maybe bag some walley thru the ice
