"Current fishing regulations will remain in place at reservoir just south of Loveland until biologists determine which sportfish can be salvaged and remaining fish can be transferred to open water."

So are they draining it? Why do fish need to be salvaged or moved?

This is a lake that the CPW/DOW leases from property owners for use of the public. The fish are stocked and placed by CPW/DOW, not the property owners. Thus, the fish are property of the state, not the owners of the lake.

What's the next lake to be lost? Are any other waters threatened to have access taken away?
Im all for raising license costs, it's the only funding they have for fishing... Unless they can come up with a better plan...( Hopefully!)
The DOW and Parks department should NEVER have merged,! Big mistake!
