I picked up a new phone today (HTC EVO) and I wanted to check out the camera and kill a few hours, so I hit up a little pond that I know is full of carp and bullheads. I didn't many pics, but that's because the action was pretty hot! Kept it simple today and just threw a half a crawler about 2' under a bobber (2' is about the deepest water I've found at this pond!). I only landed about a dozen fish, mostly carp, but I missed just as many bites, mostly due to me not paying close enough attention lol. Anyways, here are the few pics I took...

Man, I have not caught a bullhead in AGES! Looks like a fun time for sure!

Just be careful not to hot spot your bullhead honey-hole; it is easy to burn these Metro spots! ;D

Bullheads are cool little cats. Have not caught one in quite a few years. Nice! Have you ever tried any cutbait like sucker or shad in there? If not you should. Might be suprised. Could be some nice channels in there as well.

I've definitely thought about trying for some channels there, but the pond is only about 2-3 acres and I cant find a spot deeper than around 2'. Eventually I'll throw some cutbait there O0

That eerily looks like my honey hole......but there are subtle differences in the landscape that set it apart from spot....the carp are much bigger where I fish too...
