[Cutthroat]

Does anyone have tips for catfish around the Fort Collins area. I realized the other day I've never caught one around here, although they are supposed to be in many of the lakes/ponds.

Anyone catch them in this area? Where? How?

If you can sneak in fish the power plant there. Cats are huge and can be caught by the hundreds. Bass are record sizes there also.

wellington reservoir is supposed to have some good cat action.

Power plant. Is the lake owned by the city and thus the public or is it owned by a private power plant?
