Fished 2-6 pm. 32 FOW SSE of tower. 12" of solid ice, with 1/2" of slush on top. Air temp was in the 60s. Fish were biting very tentatively. Missed three bites and landed one 15 1/2" smallie on a jig and minnow deadstick on the bottom. No hits while actively jigging. When I went out there were 100+ fisherman spread around the lake. When I left there were still quite a few at least at the northern end, fishing for walleye in the dark.
