Drove down to Chatfield this afternoon just to check thing out. Some guy and his wife had run their mini-houseboat up the inlet and had it tied off to the bridge. He was sitting there drinkin PBR and being ahh...sociable!!

This is the entrance to King fisher.

The lake is high but not as high as it was in '93

Was out there Saturday, only 6 boats in the lot when I launched, had to wade in to launch, by 11 am parking lots full, took me two hours waiting in line to get my boat pulled out, every googan in the greater Denver area showed up, one ramp open. Complete cluster f%&k. So much crap in the water took me two hours to scrub that shat all off my boat.
