There are no rules against fishing at night. Hell, from what ive seen from CC and CF there are no rules about anuthing.

A few years ago my brother caught a 13lb cat there. He was fishing the handycap ramp to the south of the whale tails. He caught it on a worm.

Good luck

Fished Cherry Creek Monday night from 8:30 to midnight or later, crawlers on the bottom. Fished from land by the marina. The strangest thing happened all night long. Tap tap tap. Tap tap tap. Set the hook several times, and nothing. There's no way I could possibly have missed "that many fish"! It's never happened, and I'll never admit to missing a fish. I wisened up: when I felt the taps, I slooowwwly reeled in... and knew what I'd find. Sure Enough. Gosh Dang crawdads. Most Disappointing night at Cherry Creek all year. Looks like the land fishing near the marina may be beat for the rest of the year. Sure Would Like To Catch A Cat(fish) In There Myself!
