I started out at the east end by the parking circle and just kept moving. Fished swimbaits and Husky jerks to no avail. Switched to a #13 floating Rap and finally caught a 3lb Rainbow . I was actually pretty disappointed when i realized it was trout I should of known it was a trout the way it was fighting? I may try again tonight depending on the weather?

hah, I cant believe you were dissappointed you caught a fish.  Even if I'm walleye or bass fishing and I "accidentally" hook a trout I'm still happy ITS A FISH!!!
I'm assuming you were trying to hook into a walleye, right?
Be happy it was 3 lbs I hit 11 mile canyon today and caught 8 trout the largest being 8 inches I just couldnt get the big ones to take my fly.

I was out there Saturday in my boat from 730 am till 230 and skunk city!Tried many things at many depths to no avail. The howling winds and 3 ft breakers didnt help. Guess thats why they call it fishing, not catching.

I never catch anything at night ??? I am kind of like Charlie Brown sitting in the pumpkin patch waiting for the Great Pumpkin ot show up But he never does :-[
