I have the same luck as you,jay. Even back when I would slay the fish ice fishing there,I'd be real hard pressed to catch anything in open water. I have caught some carp though. I,too will try,try,again.

Dude-I hate to tell you this- but the Creek [email protected]! Its combat boating out there,get used to it .It will never change.

I've always wanted to do that myself! Except I have some 50 lb spiderwire that casts really far. And some 8/0 weighted trebles. yeah baby-
