-18 showed on my Tundra on the drive in.

Was a not as bad flat 0 degrees when the sun was coming up.

We got a couple low 20’s on the ice and had a couple of real drag burners come off right at the hole.

All in all a good day.

I like that cold, it make me feel alive .

I had to visit one of those unheated bathrooms at 5AM at a lake in Kansas after waking up from a nap in the car. Getting out of the car was a shock, but I was still half asleep. -11 degree air on your butt cheeks? If that doesn't wake you up, you are dead. :D

Way to go fellers! Gotta love laker fishing and the challenges that go with it. Looks like some good eaters there. Too bad you didn't get to see those bigguns.

The two in the pics are a skinny 22” and a 20”.

Both those are still swimming , but Rob kept a couple of 17’s to take home .

Multiple 19’s still swimming too.

We saw one of the drag burners right at the hole, the other just peeled a bunch of line and we never saw it.
