COLORADO WILDLIFE COMMISSION TO MEET MAY 4
The Colorado Wildlife Commission will meet in a regular session in Montrose, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Thursday, May 4, at the Holiday Inn Express, 1391 South Townsend Ave. (U.S. Highway 550).
The commission is the governing body for the Colorado Division of Wildlife. The public is invited to attend and to provide comments.
The commission will be considering a variety of items, including: big-game license numbers for the 2006 hunting season; upland bird season regulations; regulations for currently closed furbearer seasons; waterfowl and migratory bird hunting seasons; regulations regarding collection of antler sheds; regulations regarding the shooting of prairie dogs and seasonal closures.
