Bought a bunch of craw colored cranks and a couple others...some new to me, some old staples. Crawfish are such an abundant food source for our gamefish and all of the fish that I’ve pulled in recently, whether they’re trout, eyes or bass, were spitting up craws or had them in their stomachs. Went to a local reservoir and fished a couple hours. Got a good smallie and a dink eye on the craw colored lucky craft. I feel so fortunate to be able to catch fish like this fifteen minutes from home. I got bit just as the sun went down. The impending darkness never fails to produce. So many people pack up and leave just as the bite is about to turn on. If you can only fish for so long and you’re busy in the AM, get after that sunset bite!

Nice assortment! Red and orange are killer. At chatfield especially i've pulled smallies with orange tails. so they feed on craws like a boss!
