Saw this on the other site, I figure the more eyes that see this the better.



House bill 11-1150 was entered last week. The bill would divert $5
million of DOW's Game Cash fund each year for 10 years to the Colorado
Water Conservation Board for water development. Besides the $5 million
diversion, the USFWS has determined that this constitutes a diversion
and as such the DOW would lose an additional $20 million per year in
funding from the excise taxes revenue from the sale of hunting and
fishing goods. The bill is scheduled for first reading on Feb. 17.

I have contacted the Colorado Wildlife Federation and they will oppose the bill.
If you agree I recommend that you contact your representative or any organization you belong to and encourage them to oppose the bill.

They probably are pissing that much away on removal programs each year.
It would be interesting to see the whole bill, the Water Conservation Board is just a shinny name for diversion no doubt.

Not ever going to happen...brings in too much money in the form of tourism...
