Despite the googan guide and the cranked flows I was able to knock the piss out of them with a PRL. Run them deep and hard...Just like the ladies like it.

Who the hell is fishing...And I don't mean throwing a spark plug but fishing.

My clock is winding down and the fun is almost over. :brick:

I never stop fly fishing. It's throwing hardware that I go in and out of.

Don't feel bad. We understand fly fishing is too hard for some guys.
I can do both just fine thank you! I'd Much rather huck spark plugs!

Besides it seems hucking metal is a little tough for you to catch on to-

That's ok. No excuses needed. You can admit fly fishing is too tough for you.

I could teach a chimp to use a spin rod.

Yeah yeah- I'd love to see you dissect some big water with a spark plug! Pics or it didnt happen!:D:D

None of that stream crap either, everyone knows streams are easy. Fish one river and you've fished them all-

Touchy huh? You post that flailing crap for years but you can't take it?

Streams and rivers started when I came to Colorado. I've fished ponds and lakes with spinning gear since the 40's. When did you start?

edit..In case you forgot. I came from Big Bear Lake. I lived on a lake!

That's all fine and good but whens the last time you caught a decent fish?

Since they closed Cottonwood Pass I haven't been able to get my big fish fix. I go to the Taylor for that.

To be honest I enjoy high mountain creeks and the solitude more than catching big fish. I never get tired of seeing a trout take a dry fly.

Never judge someone by the size of the fish they catch.

An excellent sentiment.

Seems like judging people who fish ought to be done on the basis of the health of the fish when it's released back into its stream or lake. The healthier the released fish, the more skilled the fisher.

It's perhaps worth noting that this process is expedited if barbless, single hooks are involved, rather than those treble torture devices. >:D HPH
