I typically buy lures in 2's or 3's in case one gets snagged up and lost but this one......

I wonder if a ticket from the DOW for using illegal live bait would be cheaper (not that I'd try out that option).

You looking for bait to use at bonny?
I have read articals on the armageddon, it looks like a killer lure wonder if u can take out an ins. policy for loss. ;D

last month's Field and Stream did a write up on this guy. he had another lure going for over $300
Unless that lure is getting me a big check it's gotta stay on the shelf.  Can't justify getting a lure that is the same amount as my boat payment.

I have heard that they work great and if we lived in "BIG" bass country might be fun to throw out there a bit.

I'm buyin one NOW.
My brother in law tells me some of his friends, in another state, would just troll a piec of wood, a couple of huge hooks, and a squirrel.
Hey Loco,
How dare you call my "Rodent" ugly...LOL!!!!!..The first thing most guys do when they get them is scare their wives or girls friends..The Rodent has really caught on as a great Bass,Muskie and Pike bait...I'm surprised more guys aren't throwing the smaller size for big Browns or Rainbows though..Nathan

Funny, the first thing that crossed my mind was how it would work on the kitchen counter, rigged to spider thread tippet, and then twitched and jiggled as my wife entered the room....
LOL..LOL...Besure to take the hooks off first!!..Nathan
If you do that you should use a diff rodent lure it looks really well... fake "cartoonish" you can find more realistic looking ones at a fly shop, just watch the hooks I noticed they seem to slice thru your skin a lot easier than regular hooks. I have 7 cuts alone from last weekend at Glennwood since I didn't show my bf how to tie the flies on till today.
