Seems like we are all catching post spawn females right now, but yet I haven't heard anything about how the take is going?
Figured that was going to be the story. Last year we caught over 100 little ones between 4"-12" in just a few days. Had to weed through a lot of little ones to find a keeper.He said this was about the average size spawner and the small ones just swim through the nets
I would suggest to just show up and ask them if you can help.I have looked on the CPW website and couldn't fine anything on volunteering. Someone told me that maybe the Colorado Walleye Association might be connected somehow, not quite sure. I wanted to help out this week for Spring Break, but couldn't find any info.
