Two of us tossed lures, jigs from the shore Thursday afternoon, evening. Not bite
We fished from a canoe along the SW shore and didn't mark many fish.
Paddled up the South Platte inlet and shore fished along the banks. Had one hit on Panther Martin.
Saw lots of Carp in the Shallows in the West end.
Talked to several fly fishermen who were skunked. About six other boats on the water and we didn't see any fish caught.
The fish are not interested on the West end. Water level is nice and high. Surface temp mid 50's. About three feet clarity.

Sounds like a rough day earplug, sorry!! Last night was a full moon though and I have never had any luck at all the day after that on 11 Mile. It's great the night of but never the day after,to much night feeding. By chance did you see any pike movement over there at cross creek or sucker cove? Hope it picks up for the tourney next week!!!  ???
Better luck next time! Cya on the water.

I was towing a small Rapala, Didn't see anything looked like a Pike.
Carp were only fish we saw. They fooled some shore fishermen thinking the Trout were feeding. Just happy Carp.
