I went fishing at elevenmile yesterday and although I didn't kill it I caught some decent fish up to 8 lbs. I can see some signs of the big girls coming in to feed and I think the tournament is going to see a lot of big fish caught. It is an educated guess but The water temp is just starting to drop the weather is stabilizing and I did visually see a 15 lb pike. Which in my experience when I see one big girl there in normally more then one in that area. I would be will to state that in could possibly take 45- 50 lbs to win it this year. I could be wrong because sometimes the boat traffic will play havoc on the fishing but there still could be some huge fish that come out of the lake next week. I hope someone catches a 20+ pounder.
