I was thinking about trying for the Tigers at Evergreen tomorrow. With the weather that we have been having, just wondering if there is ice. I'm looking for open water. Anybody been buy there in the last couple of days?

Have not heard anything. Lets hope it ices up soon. Get those hockey nets up the sooner the better. I can drop the kids off on one side and I can hit the other side.

i would bet there will be plenty of open water for u, if there is ice it will be thin and on the edges, so you shiould be able to cast over it anyway, just a guess, but i would think youll be fine

I was up there yesterday hoping to fish in the lake but it was pretty well covered with ice.  There was some open area near the dam but not much.  We ended up going down Bear Creek a couple of miles and hooked up on one brown about 12".

Tiger's are tough enough as it is. Given that they prefer water temps in the high 60's I think your chances are slim to non this time of year.
