lynmack it really has been a great year. I think getting out of my comfort zone and fishing new waters every week has really made fishing more enjoyable for me. I used to hit the same waters all the time and it started to get a bit boring so I stepped outside the box and its been great. Not to mention having my cousin as a fishing partner has also made it more enjoyable. He's really stepped up his game this year and has impressed me more then a couple times. It's crazy to think that not to long ago he was the little kid following me askin me questions all the time now he's showing me things now and then.
nice pics both!

Sold the boat and bought an RV. Gonna test her out at St. Vrain State park this weekend. I figure while I'm there I can chase after some bass, crappie and pike. I've never caught a pike there so I'm wondering if anyone on here has and in which pond are they located in?
Folks, I have a Yamaha F150 that I have had trouble finding the perfect prop for. I've tried 3 and nothing is exactly what I want. I really want to try a Mercury Tempest 17p on it but hate to dish out $400+ without knowing it's ideal. IF anyone would be willing to let me try theirs, I'd be...
Good bye to one of my favorite lakes. Memories of catching big cats with friends, nice perch, even meeting Slayer for the first time ever, which is a memory of it's own. It will be gone! :(
The city will close and drain the lake for repairs. Noooo! Whats up with all these lakes needing repairs...
