Where is that taken at? Nice pic.
I do also like evenings, but mornings aren't too bad either:

Nothing like waking up early to the smell of pine trees and getting underway on a glass smooth lake during a mountain camping trip.

where is this, might be a nice place to use my boat - 16' deep v with 25hp? is there a launch ramp?

my fav is 1 hour before dark and 1 hour after dark!
Twilight has always been best for me. Favorite time of year, fall.
Early Morning... Late evening... Midday.
My favorite time to fish is in the evening, on a warm summer day, when the wind is calm and the sun is setting, listening to the birds sing, watching the bats swooping over the water eating mosquitos. Oh and despite what some other people said about the Full Moon in another post, I love having it come up over the water and reflecting..........Even if it does kill the fishing!

The three hour period from the hour before sunrise to two hours after...the fish are hungry and some of them have even forgotten about the "Gomers" from the day before that were after them...

This was at Hog Park, Wyoming actually and there is a launch ramp there. Of course, you can take your boat to many lakes like this here in Colorado such as Dowdy, Chambers, etc.

I feel that!

I would have to say sunrise 8) w/ the whole day ahead of me to fish.

Also... Anytime I have the time. Oh, and the BEST time is when they're biting! ;D
My favorite time to fish is when the fish are biting, does anyone else agree lol.
Even if the fish are not biting, anytime is the best time. Even 100+ degree day in August is fine by me, with school and work its real hard to get away to fish. Btw my sumer break from school ends Tuesday, which means I had a 2 week summer. Now I know adults dont get summer breaks, (I am an adult) but I also work full time and school full time. I just get tired of ppl saying, "oh I don't get sumer off" yeah but you are not going to school too. LOL I need to go fish, but have work in 2 hours. Damn Poker night, now I am just babbling! Bed time! ???
My favorite time is when I can take the family, or visit mine. Yes fishing with buddies is fun, but its different with the family for all the reasons above which make it seem better cause you'll have those memories to pass on and talk about for years to come.
Example one of my most memorable fishing trips. I was like 13 or 14 me and my father were in the boundry waters in August and it had been pouring on us for like 3 days straight. We were sucking it up close to camp fishing and not catching alot. When we decided to eat, since the fishing had been so poor we didnt have fish to eat. So we looked to see what we still had left (1 day before resupply) we had peanut butter and popcorn. So we used a magnisium bar, govt issued bug repellent, and wet wood and started a fire and cooked our popcorn in the middle of the rain. It was a great day!
