workin in restaurants for 12 years I cut up tons of fish, Removing pin bones from salmon with pliers is no fun. The guys knife was not very sharp :mad: oh well, good information.

The pin bone remover looks nice, I wonder if I can find one on the internet. Otherwise, I've gotten good at just cutting the hole line of bones out in just a narrow wedge of flesh. Works well, and if you have sharp knife doesn't look half bad, either.
