No, I rarely ever kill a fish anymore, big trophy gills, 10 inches or better which is what I am fanatical about, need to be put back as they are genetically superior fish, and they can easily be fished out. If you want to see some pics of giants, check out Richmond Mill Lake in NC, its a bucket list lake for sure.Did you eat it? Pretty fish.
Nice I agree with putting the big ones back for sure! I too am a fanatic about big sunfish. Check out this one I caught on my flyrod a few years ago. Have caught a few bigger, but this hybrid gill was one of the prettiest fish I have caught ever. No, I rarely ever kill a fish anymore, big trophy gills, 10 inches or better which is what I am fanatical about, need to be put back as they are genetically superior fish, and they can easily be fished out.
