First of many floats this year. January is the only month I am not able to get out on the rivers with my raft. Battery on my camera died a little after 9 AM.

8:00 AM Takes about 15 minutes to inflate, load and be on the water.

Elk right after we put in.

15 inch Brown. After this pic the camera died. Caught a lot of these in this size, and even more Bows in the 12 to 18 inch size.

Trout is resting on a wet raft seat.

The fish were keying on size 18 midge emergers (Mayhems and Skinny Nelsons)

Those crafts do look nice and quite stable. Wouldn't it be more effective to get a three man drift boat type raft for the larger rivers for when youre on the move you can fish more effectively?
Seems that trying to fish, follow a bank at the right distance and pay attention to the river would be a handful.

Either way, I bet you had the lower F to yourself and nice job getting out!
