Mark, I was just looking at this wondering how I missed the last two pages ???

We're actually like a month, month & 1/2 away from being homeless. They are selling the house we've rented for the past 9 years. There is really nothing in Estes to rent. Especially with 2 kids, a puppy, and a cat... We are jumping through hoops trying to buy... However, we may end up moving in with my mother-in-law for the winter (or hopefully only part).

I would LOVE another trip o your boat though! Maybe in the spring? Or for sure next summer. Also, we'll have to meet on some ice...
