Hello everyone, I just got from below Pueblo Dam and I had a blast. I had my two favorite fishing buddies with me, they are my two sons Mike (my oldest son) and Patrick (my youngest son). Patrick caught about 6 trout and Mike caught two. They were caught on San Juan Worms black and red size 18. I am working on getting pictures attached.

MacGyver,

Surround your example with "code" tags and the forum software will allow it to show, and won't try to execute it.

Highlight your example and then click the icon that looks like a page with a "#" symbol on it.

Then hit the preview button. that way you don't have to keep posting messages that don't work. If the preview looks good, then hit post.

If you click on the addresses of the pictures in jbrowning's post, these are actually links and the pictures will show up, although it would be better with the img tags as you suggested.

Hahaha ePiC, I didn't catch a single one. But that is the way it normally goes for me with a flyrod. I am hoping I can change that this coming Saturday with you all. Maybe someone can show what the heck I'm doing wrong.

As far as the water level goes. It seems like it was low to me. At the first non vehicle bridge. You could walk under it. There was a good 3 ft of rocks on the south side of the river that could be walked on and you wouldn't get your little feeties wet. I'm not sure if that tells you anything, because I haven't been to that river for quite a while.

Thanks afishman. I tried that hole and didn't get a bite. I tried some wooly buggers and dead drifting some San Juan Worms and some bhpt without any luck. I had heard that was a good hole and I was really surprised when I got there and saw it open.

This is an overlooked trophy fishery. I have caught tons of rainbows to 5 pounds and lots of walleyes, though most are under 18".
Just drift a nightcrawler or throw curly tail grubs and your in the money. Panther martins are good lures too.
