I have one. Great minimalistic tool for packing in to remote locations but, due to extremely low seated posture in the water, very limited storage in the pockets, etc, regular tubes made more sense for drive to locations.
Mine is orange/black so, per your post, was made in La Junta.
I couldn't begin to guess a value but, a few years ago, I noticed a thread on another forum regarding a guy trying to build a similar, lightweight tube for packing and it seemed to be generating interest. I haven't fished out of a tube more than a handful of times since buying a hard boat years ago and don't anticipate doing so in the future. The speed, comfort, safety and control of a conventional boat are immensely more agreeable to my old bones.
