Any lake in the front range would be called a front range lake. Are you sure that was the name of the lake? I know Loveland and Fort Collins are considered the "front range'. Maybe you just heard the area?

I got it off of Mikes Colorado Fishing website. Some guy on there caught a 9 or 10 lb wiper. It said "FRONT RANGE LAKE."

You should interpret that as meaning "an unspecified lake located somewhere along the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains."

If it was a 9 or 10 lb. wiper, my guess would be Douglas Lake.
