Took two in the morning with a glass of water, a couple more mid-day, and went from daily heat fatigue by late morning to working all day with no fatigue and actually craved less water throughout the day. With these, you're not tempted to drink flavored sports drinks at times when you don't need and shouldn't consume extra electrolytes or sugar. For what it's worth.
