Hey all,

I've never been to Glendo and was wondering if it's worthy of trip to fish it, or is it for the most part a recreational lake?

I have a week off during the end of March and was considering making a trip out.

never been to Glendo but have been fishing seminoe res for last five years in april trout 20 inches 15 to 50 a day and some nice wallys if you can find them.

I'm not familiar with Glendo and the surrounding area, but my sense is that Seminoe must be close by.... I'll need to find a map...

sorry pete, seminoe is north of rawlins about an hour longer drive but have never had a bad trip there yet. I was talking to my buddies about going there 4 days in 3 weeks.

sorry ken no electricty that i know of. we bring generators, or stay at the comfort inn in rawlins they have decent rates. when are you going up there?

Hey stuccoman is seminoe still really low, I always go to the mile through Hana and it looked to be half the lake it use to. That was last spring. Are you guys in a boat or shore fishing, and what are you guys using. Me and my buddies are heading there in April and have never fished the lake, just the rivers out there.

we all fish out of boats i use rainbow tail dancers all sizes bring plenty #1 lure krocidiles and kast masters. yes it is way way down check woyoming websits it gives levals and river flows.

I did find this...they dont seem to have a website...I would make a reservation as soon as possible for those batteries!

a few service hookups are available at the Seminoe Boat Club (307-320-3043) located 10 miles S.E. of the park and at the Miracle Mile Ranch (307-325-6710) located approximately 18 miles N.W. of the park near the famous Miracle Mile fishing area.

Now that is what I call roughing it! No electricity for my DVD player.

Seriously, no electricity to recharge my trolling battery is a drag.

Ken check around Sinclcair, thats the town you turn off from I-80 to get to seminoe, the mile has campsites but its a pretty winding road going over the small range to get to it from seminoe, and when it rains those roads get really muddy. We go to the mile 3-4 times a year and always take two trucks with tow straps and chains for the tires. Though the road from sinclair to seminoe is paved most of the way.
