fished gm today from 7 till noon.the ice was 5/6 inches and clear/hard.fished strait out from boat ramp past willow cg.was in 70 ft of water.marked fish all day between 35 and 70 ft.only caught 2 small macks and missed a few.bight were very light.the vexs would light up like a christmas tree between 35 and 40 ft ever nowand then dont know if they were kokes or not sine there where not biting.had sucker meat and meal worms and tried a bunch of jigs.the gate was open but only plowed a little bit i wouldnt drive down to the water if u dont have 4 wheel drive.i also didnt go to far so watch the ice thickness if u go this weekend
