Little late as I just joined the boards....figured I'd pay my dues and put forward a report on my latest days fly fishing.

Spent last Fri/Sat in Gore Canyon wading upstream of pumphouse, mixed results with my buddy slamming them on Friday while I got no love. Fishing's funny though as Saturday was my day with 10+ including a number of healthy looking rainbows.

Tan Pat's Rubber Legs, larger Red copper johns, white streamers and a pheasant tail variations with color/shine were all pulling fish out of slow, suprisingly slow, and protected water.

Recent rises due to warming weather and rain/snow had pushed them real tight to banks....very little action in larger pools and I couldn't tell you why.

Had the canyon nearly to ourselves....good time all around.
