Does anybody know the current ice / open water conditions at Granby? Is shore fishing still possible, and if yes, is it everywhere or only somewhere? I guess that this big and deep lake will freeze late.

Where are some good fishing spots on Granby? Also what kind of jigs/bait are people using? I went up there for a tournament and caught nothing in 2 days.

Budget tackle said that ice has begun to form in coves and cutthroat, arapaho, rainbow bays but there are still some areas accessible for shore fishing. They think that once formed, the ice will not go away even in relatively warm weather. Perhaps in 2 weeks time we can start thinking aout icefishing.
