Granby has crappy ice. Shorelines are opening up. Rainbow bay has fishable open water, same with Stillwater.

Williams fork still has a lot of ice but was opening up quickly in the wind. Probably be able to boat it sometime next week.

Green mountain has lots of open water and rotten ice. Will be able to open water fish it very soon from a boat as well.

Saw lots of elk, that was cool. Didn’t catch **** though.

I brought both ice and open water gear, numbnuts. Fished your beloved south shitter, and the chute by the dam at GM with kastys and tubejigs. Nothing.

NEVER fish the dam at GM this early. Too cold. Macs love the black mud. Its warmer.
