My wife and I took a trip with Neal (Rocky Mountain Adventure Guides) July 27 to Pueblo reservoir. Had a real fun day despite the heat. Caught 19 walleyes (4 keepers) 5 misc (spotted bass, catfish, crappie, bluegill). Besides being a nice guy, Neal is willing to share his fishing knowledge. Truly a friendly, service oriented, customer accommodating person. Since my wife and I are amateur fisherman, we appreciate someone with patience who is willing to improve our skills. We learned a lot. Fished from 7am to 1:30pm. Live bait in the early morning; trolling mid-morning on. We're anxious to go again and try slabbing. For lurkers like myself who want to know where on Pueblo we caught them - it was the west side. :)
